Born and raised in Nan, Thailand chef and owner Jeerawan Bessinger uses the freshest herbs and best quality ingredients. She’s always loved to cook, when she immigrated to New York City she found her dream of owning a restaurant. Since then she’s explored many Thai dishes, from street food to modern Thai cuisines, and used them to perfect her own. Giving not only Thai authenticity but her own flavor to every dish. Her mission is give you the best Thai food experience at the best value in Raleigh. To ensure the authentic taste of each dish, she uses a variety of Thai herbs and ingredients, imported or locally sourced where possible.
